Honoring Our Children Project
Honoring Our Children Project serves to increase the health and well being of Native infants and children by supporting families to be strong, healthy and independent.
This program is unique in that it not only provides families with the support needed for a healthy start; but also integrates fun group activities and flexible opportunities within the program.
Available to participants of the program are: free infant/family photos, welcome baby gifts
and a NEST store where points can be redeemed for new items such as diapers, toys, car seats, and clothes etc.
We have no income limits and welcome families of many different types, including families headed by grandparents, foster and adoptive parents.
Honoring Our Children Project in LCO currently has an On-Site coordinator, Tiffiny Nielsen, a Outreach Worker, Amanda Schlafke and a MCH Nurse Linda Hollen Please call anytime, day or night to leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible! (715) 638-5176 or (715) 638-5160
