| Honoring Our Children Project The St. Croix Tribal Health Department is working in partnership with eight Tribes through The Great Lakes Inter-Tribal Council to improve the health and well-being of Native American children, families, and communities. The goal of the Honoring Our Children Project* (HOC), is to increase the chances for infant survival and promote infant, women’s, and family health through: ![]() Outreach Education Coordinated Services Depression Screening and Referral Community Feedback Continued Services for Women between Pregnancies HOC staff also provides services through the Wisconsin State Rural Infant Health Project that serves prenatal/postpartum women and their infants, including children with special health care needs. The Honoring Our Families** grant promotes lasting partner relationships and teamwork with families and service providers. ••••••
