Elder Benefit Specialist Program (EBS)

Eligibility

Tribal elders aged 60 and over

Service Area

The GLITC EBS shall serve as the primary provider of EBS services to elders of the 6 Wisconsin Chippewa Tribes and Forest County Potawatomi Tribe and may also provide services, on a case-by-case basis, to tribal elders referred by the Ho-Chunk Nation, the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin, the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin, the Stockbridge-Munsee Band of Mohican Indians or any of the county-based Aging and Disability Resource Centers or Aging Units, if circumstances such as a conflict of interest or a position vacancy preclude the provision of EBS services by that county or tribe.
