Family Foundations Home Visiting Program (FFHV)

Events

Events are coordinated with each subaward and based on the needs of the service population in each community which include; baby showers, parenting classes, craft days, immunization clinics, and community wide events which will always include an educational piece on the importance of parent child interactions

Trainings

Core trainings include Model implementation form Healthy Families America, professional development of all staff is encouraged, and training is tailored to each staff

Meetings and Conferences

Include but not limited to; endorsements with Wisconsin Alliance of Infant Mental Health, Fulfilling the Promise conference, quarterly advisory board meetings with each subaward, and continued site visits with each subaward to enhance and support the home visiting program
