This community discussion for Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month will be an overview of what Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias (ADRD) are. It will go over the most common warning signs, evidence-based risk factors, and the first steps to take when concerns about memory or thinking changes arise.

Attendees will leave with practical knowledge, being able to promote early recognition, identify prevalent myths about brain health, and empower individuals in their own Tribal communities to seek support and resources when needed.
