July 21 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Today, brain health is known to be positively and negatively influenced by gut health. This is known as the gut-brain axis. For example, the risk of dementia is increased by the presence of Type 2 diabetes and certain colon diseases. We can help protect our brain health by keeping a healthy gut-brain pathway. One way to do this is by eating “real” food. Join us to learn more about the connection between real food, metabolic function, and the gut-brain axis in dementia.
