The Savvy Caregiver in Indian Country (SCIC) program aims to empower caregivers of people living with dementia. It can help caregivers better manage caregiving challenges and improve quality of life for both themselves and the person with dementia. This three-day, in-person training is designed to teach facilitators to deliver the SCIC program to caregivers and those working with people living with dementia. It also focuses on adapting the SCIC program to fit the unique cultural context and needs of Tribal communities.
