Elder Programs

The purpose of the Margaret A. Cargill Philanthropies Foundation (MACP) grant is to create an elder centric indigenous care model. The focus is on strengthening the coordination of aging, health programs and social supports to become financially sustainable through the tribal health care centers. We anticipate this project will improve the quality of life for the Elders and their caregivers in their communities. The project will undergo an indigenous evaluation to measure outcomes.
