Mission

To support Tribal communities in their efforts to improve health by assisting with data needs through partnership development, community based research, education and technical assistance.

Project Objectives:

  • Provide updated Community Health Data Profiles to the Tribal and Urban Programs in Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin.

  • Provide access to MIS/RPMS support and training for Tribal and Urban Programs in Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin.

  • Provide ongoing coordination with EpiCenter partners concerning mutual health information needs projects.

  • Provide ongoing communication of EpiCenter activities to EpiCenter partners.

  • Maintain a centralized data repository of American Indian health information within Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
