Tribal elders aged 60 and over
Service Area
The GLITC Tribal EBS shall serve as the primary provider of EBS services to elders of the Six Wisconsin Chippewa Tribes (Bad River, Lac Courte Oreilles, Lac du Flambeau, Red Cliff, Sokaogon, and St. Croix) and Forest County Potawatomi Tribe.
The Tribal EBS may also provide services, on a case-by-case basis, to tribal elders referred by the Ho-Chunk Nation, the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin, the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin, the Stockbridge-Munsee Band of Mohican Indians or any of the county-based Aging and Disability Resource Centers or Aging Units, if circumstances such as a conflict of interest or a position vacancy preclude the provision of EBS services by that county or tribe.
