Tribal Personal Responsibility Education Program Projects • Great Lakes Inter-Tribal Council Inc.

We were awarded a Tribal Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP) for Teen Pregnancy Prevention grant in 2016. This program ‘Tribal PREP” is funded by Department of Health and Human Services through the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) – Family Youth Services Bureau (FYSB) and requires local evaluation that is designed by UW Population Health Institute and Great Lakes Inter-Tribal Council, Inc. (GLITC). We mainly serve the Lac Courte Oreilles and Stockbridge-Munsee Tribes but serve all tribal members residing in Sawyer or Shawano Counties. This program delivers the Circle of Life program to youth aged 10-12 and the Discovery Dating Program to youth aged 13-17.
